(Etowah County, Alabama) A Gadsden man was arrested on July 18 and charged with rape, according to Sheriff Todd Entrekin.
“Mark Leroy Lolling, 36, of Gadsden, is charged with one count of first degree rape, which is a felony,” says Investigator Haydyn Hedgspeth.
Lolling allegedly raped a 13 year-old female victim on July 15 in the Hokes Bluff area. According to the victim, the abuse has been going on over the past three years.

Lolling is currently being detained in the Etowah County Detention Center on $50,000 cash bond.
