(Etowah County, Alabama) A Gadsden man was arrested and charged in connection to stolen property, according to Sheriff Todd Entrekin.
“Bradley Mark Bowlin, 25, of Gadsden, is charged with one count of second degree theft of property, which is a felony,” says Investigator Jason Argo.
Bowlin allegedly stole an English Bulldog, on July 16, from a residence on Highway 77 just outside of Attalla. After making a report, the victim found an ad and picture of an English Bulldog on Craig’s List. The seller was from Gadsden.
The victim arranged to purchase the dog, for $85 from the seller Bradley Bowlin. When the purchase was complete another report was taken and Bowlin was arrested on July 24. The rightful owner says the bulldog is worth $800.
Bowlin was detained in the Etowah County Detention Center and later released on $2,500 bond.
