(Etowah County, Alabama) An Gadsden man has been arrested for the theft of stolen property, according to Sheriff Todd Entrekin.
“Jonathon Wade Guyton, 29, of Gadsden, is charged with one count of third degree burglary, one count of first degree theft of property and one count of second degree theft of property, all are felonies,” says Investigator Josh Morgan. Bond is set at $10,000.
Guyton allegedly broke into a residence located on Owens Drive, Gadsden, yesterday, November 7. He stole a computer, 4-wheeler, jewelry and several guns.
Sgt. Tripp Noojin and Deputy Charles McKinney assisted investigators in recovering the stolen items at Guyton’s house. Information from community members led to the arrest.
Guyton is currently being detained in the Etowah County Detention Center.
