(Etowah County, Al), An Attalla man has been arrested on  the charges of Attempted Rape 1st, Sodomy 1st and Sexual Abuse of A Child Less Than 12, according to Sheriff Jonathon Horton. 

 

Ronald Lynn Holt, 58, of Attalla was arrested Monday, December 12 and charged with Attempted Rape 1st, Sodomy 1st and Sexual Abuse of A Child Less Than 12 which is defined by any person being 16 years old or older subjecting another person to sexual contact who is less than 12, Inv. VaShaunda Ragland said. Holt's victims were 8 & 10 years old at the time of the abuse.

 

Holt is being held at the Etowah County Detention Center on a $200,000 bond with the conditions of no contact with anyone under 18 years old and no contact with the victim to be supervised by Etowah County Community Corrections.
