The Rape Aggression Defense (RAD) System is a program of realistic, self-defense tactics and techniques. It is a comprehensive course for women that begin with awareness, prevention, risk reduction and avoidance, while progressing on to the basics of hands-on defense training. RAD is not a martial arts program.

The classroom portion of the course will be held at the Sheriff's Office. Make sure you wear comfortable clothing these three nights. This 2 night class will be held on July 24 & 25 starting at 6pm each night. Class will go around 2 hours each night. The class will be limited to 20 people.

This course has its foundations in education and awareness. The course includes lecture, discussion and self-defense techniques suitable for women of all ages and abilities. Anyone under 18 will need a waiver signed.
